1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the PHFamous platform is subject to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and PHFamous. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any way.

2. Eligibility

• Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per device.
• Do not share your account with anyone else, including family members.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact PHFamous support immediately.
• PHFamous may close duplicate or suspicious accounts without prior notice, and may withhold balances pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your PHFamous account must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the payment channels supported by the platform. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking or bank transfer.

• Deposits must come from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — payments made from another person's account on your behalf — are not permitted.
• Credit card deposits and cryptocurrency deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

PHFamous reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts if payment source verification cannot be completed, or if the deposit is flagged as suspicious.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your PHFamous account are processed in PHP to the verified payment method registered on your account. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification must be completed.

• KYC requires a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS ID, or UMID.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to accounts or e-wallets held in the same name as the registered PHFamous account.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.

Upon closure for breach of terms, PHFamous may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where closure results from a player's own request or from circumstances outside the player's control, any verified balance will be returned through the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.
